The Warren Norman Company is excited to announce the purchase of the Guardian Building, formerly the Andrew Jackson Hotel Building, located at 223 E. Main Street Rock Hill, SC. The building is approximately 42,000 square feet and included in the purchase was the adjacent 6,000 SF Roddey Trust Building.

The Guardian Building was originally built in 1926 and operated as a hotel for over 40 years. The building underwent remodeling and renovations in the 80s and has been an office building ever since.

The building is a historical landmark in the heart of downtown Rock Hill with great historic charm and architecture.  Warren Norman Company plans to revitalize and redevelop the structure. Visions include a first-floor restaurant with 3,900 SF of dining space and additional dining space on the second floor that overlooks the first floor. Additional retail space will be included on the first floor and a private event/meeting room on the second floor. The third through sixth floors remain office space. Check back soon for more details on redevelopment plans.
