Sharonwood Shopping Center
The Warren Norman Company is excited to announce a new retailer to the Rock Hill market to kick off the Sharonwood Shopping Center development at the corner of Celanese and India Hook Roads in Rock Hill. Swig Drinks will be leasing space in the first multi-tenant retail building of the development. Construction is expected to begin this summer.
Sharonwood shopping center is a 7 acre development located on the land at the northern portion of the previous Sharonwood Lane. This portion of Sharonwood Lane has been closed and the residential tract has been rezoned to commercial use, and is ready for development. Development plans include 4 retail buildings, 3 multi-tenant buildings located along India Hook Road, and one outparcel available along Celanese Road, beside Take 5 Oil Change.
Swig Drinks is a drive-thru soda concept that originated in Salt Lake City, Utah. Swig has quickly become one of the leaders in the customized beverages industry. This will be the second location in the greater Charlotte area, the first store will be opening soon in Indian Land, SC. Swig will occupy 700 square feet with a drive-thru in the first building constructed at the development.
