The Shiland Hills Shopping Center located along Celanese Road has long been a staple of the Rock Hill community. Shiland Hills was the Warren Norman Company’s first commercial development project, it opened in 1978 with Food Town (Food Lion) as the anchor tenant. Fast forward 40+ years and the center is undergoing a complete refacing project. The former Food Lion space is nearing completion and the rest of the center will soon begin construction with a target finish date of late 2021.
A portion of the old Food Lion space will be the new home to SPAN Enterprises. SPAN Enterprises is a technology company that specializes in web app development. They have developed apps such as Truck Logics, Tax Bandits, Tax Logics, Paywow, and many more. SPAN will lease 11,959 square feet of office space in the center. The remaining 22,670 square feet is currently available for lease. For more information on this space or other Warren Norman Company properties please visit warrennorman.com or call (803) 366-8141.
