Description
A one-of-a-kind mixed-use redevelopment project featuring the old Coca-Cola Bottling plant. Originally built in the early 1940s, the plant was home to Rock Hill Coca-Cola Bottling Company until 2002.

The redevelopment provides restaurant and retail users the unique opportunity to share in Rock Hill’s rich history as the building nods to its past. The development also features a new 2 story, 22,000 square-foot building which sits on the corner of Cherry Road and Oakland Avenue. It includes outdoor patio space on the first and second floors and an outdoor game area where patrons are able to play a variety of lawn-style games. Tenants include: Hobo’s, Off The Track Brewing, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Ninety’s Milkshake Bar, Long Bottom Meats, Grey’s Anatomy Med Spa, and Another Broken Egg.
