Description 

This is a one of a kind mixed-use redevelopment project featuring the old Coca-Cola Bottling plant. The plant was built in the early 1940s and was home to Rock Hill Coca-Cola Bottling Company until 2002. The planned redevelopment will provide restaurant or retail user a unique change to have a one of a kind establishment. The development will also feature a new 2 story, 22,000 square-foot building that will sit on the corner of Cherry Road and Oakland Avenue. This building will include outdoor patio space on the first and second floor and an outdoor games area where patrons will be bale to paly a variety of lawn style games.
