There is still space available in Pendleton Village in Fort Mill. The center is currently anchored by Baxter’s Bunch Playhouse, Charanda’s Mexican restaurant, and Tipsy Bottle. Construction is still being complete on Baxter’s Bunch and Charanda’s, but Tipsy Bottle is now open. Pendleton Village has great demographics and is located right off exit 85 of Interstate 77.
