The Warren Norman Company is pleased to announce a new mixed-use development on the corner of Cherry Road and Oakland Avenue in Rock Hill, SC. This development will consist of a new 22,000 SF mixed-use building and the redevelopment of the 5,343 SF old Coca-Cola building. This building was home to Rock Hill Coca-Cola Bottling from 1941 to 2002. The building has sat vacant for almost 20 years, we hope to highlight original artifacts in the restoration. The development will have ample restaurant, retail, and office space available for lease. There will be plenty of outdoor patio space for the restaurants and an outdoor games area where patrons can relax and play many different lawn style games.
Ragona Architecture & Design, PLLC is the architect for the project, and Leitner Construction has been selected as the General Contractor. We hope to break ground on the project later this year. Be sure to check back for updates!
